RETURNS & SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES

All orders received within the United States during normal business hours between Monday & Friday are processed within 24 hours. Most deliveries will take 3-5 business days depending on your region. Deliveries outside of the United States will arrive in approximately 7-10 business days from the time of shipment confirmation. This timing can change without notice depending on individual countries customs and freight. When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email us at hello@systemxstorage.com

SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES

Once your parcel has been dispatched shipping details will be sent to your nominated email address. Please note we cannot deliver to PO Box or Parcel Locker addresses. Orders to PO Box or Parcel Locker addresses may be subject to cancellation. Please note, orders of multiple items may be shipped in more than one delivery. This will be indicated by multiple tracking numbers on your shipping confirmation email.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES

For shipping outside of the United States, we use DHL’s Express Worldwide service. Once your items have been dispatched, a unique tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address. You can track your items by clicking on the link provided in the email. All deliveries must be signed for. Please ensure your delivery address is attended and provide a business address where possible, or such other address where someone will be able to sign for the delivery between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Please note we cannot deliver to P.O box or Parcel Locker addresses. Orders to PO Box or Parcel Locker addresses may be subject to cancellation. Please note, orders of multiple items will only be shipped in one delivery.

CURRENCY, TAXES AND DUTY OUTSIDE THE U.S.

All items are priced in United States dollars. For orders to countries outside of the United States items are sent DAP (Delivery at Place). This means that selected duties and taxes will be payable upon arrival in your country and are an additional cost on top of your goods purchased from System X Storage. We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. Payment of these duties/taxes is necessary to release your order from DHL. The minimum threshold for purchases before they trigger tax and duties varies from country to country. For more information, please contact your customs office before placing an order. Items we exchange will be re-sent at the cost of the customer. Return freight costs are not refundable. System X Storage does not refund prepaid tax and duties paid should you wish to return the item for a refund or exchange. Please contact your customs office to obtain your tax refund.

ITEM AVAILABILITY

Because stock quantities are not updated in real time, items may be sold out at the time of purchase. If a sold out item is purchased, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement or a full refund.

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER

If you require any changes to your order including incorrect address details, please contact us immediately at hello@systemxstorage.com to ensure adjustments can be applied. If your order has already been processed, System X Storage accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered. Shipments that are rejected by the receiver will result in the customer incurring redirection fees. In the instance that a shipment is rejected by the receiver, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact us to notify us of the situation. System X reserves the right to cancel any order after purchase.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

If for some reason you are not satisfied with a purchase you made with us directly online, you may return or exchange your product by returning it to System X Storage, subject to adherence to the following terms: Items must be in original condition in the original box and must not have been used, scratched or damaged. Returns or exchanges will only be accepted with proof of purchase. We ask that you contact our Customer Support Team at: hello@systemxstorage.com within 10 days of receipt of the shipment and inform us that you will be returning the product. We will then advise of return shipping address. We will gladly issue a refund on any item purchased for a period of 30 days from the original date of purchase. We are only able to accept returns on items purchased directly from our online store and not from any other associated retailers. Please remember to include your receipt, and the original packaging. Make sure your package has sufficient postage and is sent via a trackable shipper.

RETURNING TO SYSTEM X ONLINE OUTSIDE OF THE USA

We do not refund initial shipping charges for items returned. Additionally, your own return postage costs are not refundable. This does not apply to faulty items, where if approved a full refund will be given including shipping costs. If you would like to return or exchange your purchase for any reason, please follow the returns procedure below.

  1. Email us within 10 days of receiving your parcel at hello@systemxstorage.com to let us know the reason for returning the goods.
  2. If a return or exchange is validated we will reply with instructions for returning the goods to our warehouse and send you a returns form to enclose in the package.
  3. Pack your return:
    • Please package the items carefully and tape up all boxes adequately

When returning items, please enclose:

  • The completed Returns Form,
  • Your Invoice (included in your delivery)
  • The item(s) for return, including packaging

SEND YOUR RETURN – ORDERS OUTSIDE USA

For all returns, please use a reputable courier company such as DHL, or use an express postal service to ensure your item is received within the accepted time frame. System X Storage is not liable for the loss of items in return transit. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.

Processing Times

Once the items have been received they will undergo a quality review. Once cleared, you will either receive your new item (for exchanges) or refund on the cost at purchase price (excluding original shipping cost) directly to the original method of payment used for purchase. We endeavour to process refunds as soon as they are received but please allow 5 working days for returns to be processed. You will receive email notification of the status of your refund or exchange once processed. Returns or exchanges will only be accepted on items within 30 days from the date of shipment. Items returned outside this period will not be accepted.
